The staff was very friendly and kind. The room had a fabulous view over the city. The bed was so comfortable. The room was also quiet, so I slept well.
My room felt small. The window in my room was also small. The ceiling lighting in the room was insufficient. I was disappointed about the room size.

amazing stay near metro!
great location reusable bottles
I loved the location. It was so close to two metro lines. the a/c in my double queen "signature" room worked very well. i also appreciated the reusable water bottles and the water tap in the lobby! it dispensed both still and sparkling water

usb-a plugin usb-c plugin excellent location helpful staff cramped breakfast area limited space single coffee machine
the room included usb-a and usb-c direct plugins, this was very convenient. the location was excellent, near restaurants and metro stations. the staff was hospitable, friendly and helpful.
the breakfast area felt cramped. finding space at tables was difficult. only one coffee machine served the entire breakfast area, it created long queues.

loose towel bar carpet stain
The location is quite good. Easy access to the city was a plus.
The rooms felt smaller than anticipated. My room had a couple of minor issues, such as a loose towel bar and a carpet stain. The staff addressed them quickly, HOWEVER the wear and tear WAS noticeable.

fantastic stay!
helpful staff kind staff complimentary refills delicious bread
i stayed for 3 nights and felt very welcomed by the staff. dulce, ines, and honorine were particularly helpful and kind! the hotel provided complimentary refills of still and sparkling water in aluminum bottles. the breakfast included creamy scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, and several delicious bread options.
The lighting system in the room was a bit complicated. I found it prioritized style over practicality. it took a while to figure out the different settings.

The room included posh details and felt very soothing. the beds were very comfortable with cozy pillows. bathroom fixtures were in excellent condition and worked perfectly. It was very clean and recently renovated.
