The location is quite good. Easy access to the city was a plus.
The rooms felt smaller than anticipated. My room had a couple of minor issues, such as a loose towel bar and a carpet stain. The staff addressed them quickly, HOWEVER the wear and tear WAS noticeable.

i stayed for 3 nights and felt very welcomed by the staff. dulce, ines, and honorine were particularly helpful and kind! the hotel provided complimentary refills of still and sparkling water in aluminum bottles. the breakfast included creamy scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, and several delicious bread options.
The lighting system in the room was a bit complicated. I found it prioritized style over practicality. it took a while to figure out the different settings.
